How credit-based pricing works.

Do I need a subscription?
No. Every feature is included; you only use credits for AI actions (builder chat, insights, translations). Buy packs whenever you need more.
Do I get free credits to start?
Yes. New accounts come with 30 credits, enough to try the AI builder, run insights and translate a survey. No card required.
Do credits expire?
Never. Your balance stays on your account until you use it — there are no monthly resets and no expiry dates.
What if I run out mid-project?
Your surveys, responses and exports keep working. Only AI actions pause until you top up — your data stays intact, and you can resume immediately after buying a pack.
Where do I buy more credits?
Dashboard → Billing. One-time packs via secure Stripe checkout. Balance and invoices stay in your account.
Which payment methods are supported?
Cards and the other methods Stripe supports in your region. Invoices are available right after purchase.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Zolvi is GDPR-first and hosts data in the EU. You can export or delete your data from settings anytime — details in the Privacy Policy.
I still have an old subscription — what happens?
Existing Stripe subscriptions may remain on your account until cancelled. New upgrades use credits only. Use “Manage billing” if you need the Stripe portal for legacy invoices.
